BC PNP - Entry Level Semi Skill - 9 months requirement

Hello guys,

For Entry Level Semi Skill category, we are required to have been working 9 months continuously to apply for BC PNP under ELSS.

However, if someone has more than a year experience but got laid off for two months due to COVID-19. Does it effect the eligibility chances??

The person has continuous 10 month experience. Then laid off for two months. Then started working again, and its been more than 4 months.

Please help.

COVID related layoffs are not being considered a break in continuous employment for ELSS. Of course, they haven't drawn any ELSS for about 6 months . . .

The application is under NOC 9461 which is not excluded.
