It is never advisable to place any inquiries if the case falls within the prescribed time limit. They will always give u a standard automated reply which will be on the lines of the statement on their website. Stop contacting them if ur case is not 5 to 6 months old

At least I tried...Can it hurt my application?
Do you know how they make their decisions? First come, first served? Or maybe priorities on some NOC codes needed for the LM?
I m trying to get an idea how it works...
Thanks for any suggestions, comments, ideas...

I kind of dispute that.In my case I was only 5-6 weeks since I received my AOR and due to the fact that my WP will be expiring soon, I have to explore all options to come up with a better solution. I emailed them clearly specifying my understanding, that I'm still very well within my the processing time, and in just a matter of 2 hrs. I have a reply saying decision has been made, of which I received my nomination and support letter in 9 days by mail. My point is there is no harm in trying, I know it's a case to case basis but we have to try our luck.
Cheers, Good luck and no point giving up everyone.
What they will do they will again increase the processing time after 4 months to time 12 to 14 months and therefore the people applied now or last month will be dalayed forever. Oh canada

If the employer is paying for a lunch hour then it should be written 40 hours. But if the employer doesnt pay for it, they they usually write 35 hours in a contract or Letter of Offer. Hope this helps.
