i'm banker applied under noc 0122 nov 2008, then 0122 was not incuded in the 38 Nocs, i received a letter jan 2009 with my file no. and on the back side of the letter written that they will not be able to process my case as my noc is not in the list and my original docs and refund will be send to me within 6 months,
