Bank Draft payable to canadian bank- urgent,please advice

Guys, I live in Saudi Arabia, Planning to visit Montreal. In order to pay the fees for single entry 75 CAD, I've been through the website, but cannot undrstand the below concept , Please can you explain me the following -

"The bank draft must have been issued in the past two months and must be made payable to: “The Receiver General for Canada”.

Bank drafts must be drawn on a Canadian bank showing the full mailing address of the bank in Canada."

Does the banks produce drafts that can be drawn in canadian bank? what about the SABB bank?

You can do it in either SAAB or AlAhli Banks. I did it in AlAhli bank they already know that well.
In both cases you must have an account in the bank or use your friend bank account will do same.

So, you mean they know according to the requirements of bank draft payable at canadian bank, right?

And, did you do it from Al Ahli bank to apply to Canadian embassy in Riyadh?

They know it because they did it many times.
The draft will be payable in Canadian bank. However, you can send it to any VO in the world. So you can send it to your Canadian embassy in Riyadh
