BAnk Draft Payable Information Required

Can any one tell me that send this Pay order on name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA

but which canadian bank should i mentioned on this draft ?
Please note i am asking for Student visa process Bank Draft

Below is the Method of Payment
Processing fees MUST be paid by “BANK DRAFT” (only) in CANADIAN DOLLARS. Bank Drafts must be drawn
on Canadian bank showing the full mailing address of the bank in Canada. Bank drafts must be valid for 6 months and
must be made payable to "THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA".
