It seems like they are just checking 3 dates in a week.
1-6 Aug result for 30 june and 4-5 July guys
8-12 Aug result for 6-7-8 July files
15-19 Aug result for 11-12-13 July applications.
This dates are of Spp applicants.
True, I heard a few candidates visited Consulate office in Bangalore and they were not allowed inside. The team has been very stubborn and they are just taking their own time to respond and any mails or visits are not affecting their process. Even mails are being replied after a week minimum. I would advice to just be patient and await as files are processed in order and the pending ones can guess their approx dates. People who submitted in August and are scheduled to fly in first week of sept are all at their mercy. A fair process should not revoke five week guideline and should adhere first come first serve... All the Best...

Hi buddy, if yours is SPP it will take 4 weeks and if not then 5...Although they have to expedite the process now as its final two weeks for sept 6th sessions. Almost all colleges start on sept 6th...Hopefully you should expect a decision by end of Aug...Follow the trend...Check for results of candidates who applied between 24-27th july...Bangalore results are in sync with the order of application received. FYI, SPP and Non SPP are segregated at VFS initially and sent sealed in separate consignments to consulates.
One more thing which not many would have known is...Although Bangalore is slower compared to Delhi and Chd- the %age of rejection cases is higher in the north...Better late than Never...All the Best!
