Ban for forged documents, student visa impact..

Hi,

My brother forged documents for his PR and got banned, I advised againt it he didnt listen..

The issue is Im preparing my application for student visa, will his ban impact my application in any way ?

Others I am sure will comment as well but the ban is your brothers problem not yours.

Still amazing that people think that they can try to use forged documents and even more amazing if they fall for some posts that appear here sometimes selling 'genuine fakes', they will always get found out maybe not immediately but eventually.

True. It only makes the process complicated for the genuine applicants.
