Backlog and Part Time Education

Hi, request you to see the below information and kinldy let me know that can i apply for the student visa of Canada? Is there any chance to get Student visa? I reached lots of consultant but they denied and inform that do not apply.

Bachelor in Commerce (Full Time): 2017 with 4 backlogs, C Grade (2013_2017)
MBA in HRM (Distance): 2019 with A Grade (2017_2019)
PG Diploma (Part time): 2019 with B Grade (2018_2019)
Working Experience: 2 Years
Currently in Oman on Work Permit since February, 2019

You already have a Bachelor degree, a Masters degree and a PG diploma. Therefore, if you apply for another diploma or certificate, then your visa success chance would be extremely low because that is not a logical progression.
However, if you could be accepted for a Doctorate degree (PhD) at a reputable university, there is a decent chance for visa.

Thanks for your response, I think for student visa they are not considering distance learning education and part time courses. I already attested my MBA certificate from omam and UAE embassy in hope that it will be consider.
