Bro how do you know that they do not have access to UK records, Ive 2 UK rejection and im waiting for 8 month in EE profile which supposed to be resulted within 6 month.
Could they check with UK embassy for rejectio nas well?

Has anyone gotten PPR and He or She experience a delay to receive Approved and closed and pickup.
My passport has been with AVO for the past 7 weeks now, I received a ppr on the 10 of may I'm yet to receive my passport back, still BGC in progress and review of eligibility in progress as well.

How are you Goku. Welcome back to the forum after such a long time.
For me the matter is stuck in Security checks after medical results received in Dec 2015. How long they can take to give the security clearance and when can i expect the PPR. In last two GCMS notes Eligibility, Medical, Criminality is passed and security is hidden.

I have raised a CSE to my HK VO on 22nd of July, 2016. Today I have received the following response:
"Please be advised that case is pending result of background checks. These checks may sometimes be lengthy. We will contact you when we have further information or requests".
How long it may take to complete Background check. I have applied under MPNP category.

I am a MPNP applicant and I have done medical and medical results have been accepted by the HK VO according to the ECAS information. It is almost 5.5 months since my "medical results have been received". So, I raised a CSE on 22/07/2016 and received the following reply from HK VO on 27/07/2016. What does it mean and should I order for a GCMS note at this point. Kindly advice me.
The response from HK VO" Please be advised that case is pending result of background checks. These checks may sometimes be lengthy. We will contact you when we have further information or requests".
"In order for us to concentrate as many resources as possible on case processing, we do encourage you to avoid submitting multiple or repeated case enquiries. Responding to repeat enquiries impacts our ability to focus resources on processing by diverting staff to reaffirm the information you have already received".
Will it be any harm if I order GCMS now. Could you kindly provide me some information, how to order GCMS.
