Why you sent two CSI? Do you lost your patient. Applicants are waiting for more than 36 months and you cannot wait for days. The reason, because we need those people keep working on file not distracting by such this inquires. Hope you will receive PP today than tomorrow. Please look for others too.

“Additional review of your application has been completed, and it has been determined that additional screening is required. Your application remains on hold until the results of this screening is completed by our partner organisations. We regret a more precise processing time cannot be advised at this time. We will be in contact with you as soon as the application is ready to proceed.”
Can you please advise, what does it means and what kind of action need to take from my end now?
