hi qurax,
just one important question... our application status has no result yet were under noc 0631..our docs were filed november 30th, 2011. i just want to know if this would affect the processing of our applications... our bank account where in our proof of funds are there are now not in the required amount already for a family of three..in short i withdraw some of it..are they really strict in checking of funds during processing of application? thank you
connie
They r likely to ask for 'updated' POF around the meds. And that time they may ask for 6-month's bank statements.
MR. qurax,
KINDLY GIVE AN EXPERT OPINION ABOUT THE MAX PERIOD (IF INCLUDE ALL ODDS) REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ROUTINE BACK GROUND CHECKS
IS THERE ANY MAX-TIME DATUM ?
GRATEFUL
we will submit my son"s furtherance result after 9 motnhs of traetment this coming april 2012,our medical will espire this marxh 2012,as you have said they will require us for remedical..Sice Sept 2010 our POF is still their in the bank until now,is it ok to withdraw the POF and just bring it when we go to candada or we have to retain until such time we got our visa?thanks a lot..God bLess..
Hello Dear qorax
I have got an interview call from NDVO. the date is the third week of next month. i have no time to order caips note. I am confused on what subjects they are going to interview me?? the following are some of my key facts-
1. i have been living out of my country since one year. it is legal stay and i have already informed NDVO
2. VO made varification call in my previous work place from where i had shown my experience.
3. I am a single applicant till now but i got married during the processing period but not yet informed VO regarding status change. i was preparing documents to include my spouce in the processing but recieved interview call before the spouce application is included. now wat can i do ?? can i include my spouce before interview??
4.my wife is together with me in Euroupe as accompanying family member status since last OCT.
please let me know your expert advice. Also the reason behind the interview...
your reply is highly appreciated.

Hope you'll accompany your spouse. You have to update visa office with all the docs of your spouse along with your marriage certificate and photos, if any. This will delay your application, of course, at least, a little bit. As your spouse's background will also be checked, your points need to be reshaped and so on. However, over all its good. Advance congratulations! If you need the list of forms and docs to be sent after marriage, I will help you, if you want.
