mr quorax cairo visa office has finished the visa quota of 2011 since october 2011 untill now cairo visa office have not issued any visa so at what time the cairo visa office start to issue the visas for 2012

Usually all CHCs will commence the work around mid-Jan 2012.

helo Qorax..sorry for disturbing you again...By the Blessings of ALMIGHTY ALLAH we received our baby's medical request and did her medicals on 9th of december,,they received it on 19th and our ecase immediately changed to medicals received couple of days ago , may be on 23rd or 24th (never heard of updating of ecase soo soon)..now since me and my husband did our medicals on 19th of september so do you think that their is a chance they would have done security checks b4 sending my baby's MR and we can expect PPR-1 anytime soon or ideally we should wait for 3-5 months from the addition of medical received line in e-case...thanking you anticipation...regards!

With that e-Cas of 'MR' u r thru with your meds & s/checks.

captain Qorax i had tried to knew anything about my confusion sevral times but no replies from u or from any other senior member
i had applied about six months on july 6 for study permit and get medical call on August 4 after submitting the medical i m waiting and chc told me they are making background checks . i just want you guys to tell me how is my chances of getting permit and if yes how much more time i have to wait for that :

I would highly appreciate if you can tell me the visa quota of visa offices is in persons or per application for example if NDVO has a quota of 7000 federal skill worker visas for 2012 is that includes the dependents applicants as well or just the primary applicants.

My friend filed his application in oct. He got his package back with a letter asking him to provide the details of an earlier application which was filed in 2006. The bd was not encashed. But he received the UCI. My question is tht when he will send his package again will it go into queue once more or UCI is indicative tht his file will b considered within the cap even if the cap is filled by the second time filing of the application.
The NOC is 3113 which is about to b filled.

My passports & rprf recieved by NDVO on 20th Dec 2011, my DD encahed on 24th Dec and my E-case status is"medical results have been recieved"on 24th Dec.How much time NDVO will take to stamp visa?

A student visa could take anywhere between 8-12 months to finalize, usually.

There's a global quota > which is divided into CHC based caps > which is further divided category wise.
Each category, within a VO might not have the same cap figures - but there'd be quotas in each.

I'd opine that he'd be let-in, not be capped, since that was't indicated in that letter. It was just a clarification sought.
