Background check changed to not started

My Aor is july 13,2024
BIL- Aug 15, 2024
MEP- Aug 22,2024

My info sharing and criminality was completed but on 19th September 2024 my background check changed from we are processing your background check to your background has not started yet. I called ircc and they said nothing has started in my profile , even criminality and info sharing not started which were passed before.

anyone in the same situation or had been in this situation? Whats the possible reasons?

When did your status change? Do you have any idea why it has changed. They changed my SVO to Domestic RO after the status change.

Mine changed on 1 October. I called and was told my eligibility was recommended passed and it’s only left with security.

Hello there. Please can you share why the status was changed to “the review of your background check has not started yet”

Before ADR request
- We are processing your background check

After ADR upload
- The review of your background check has not started yet
