August 10th, 2022 FP request submitted (Sep 14, 2022 FP received)
My mom passed her BG on March 18th, 2023
Completed the test on April 17th, 2023
May 5th, 2023 the background check is changed from "Completed" back to "In-progress".
Why? Does anybody have any idea? No email correspondence from IRCC.
