Hi all,
I just wanted to let u guys know the latest on my application. My application was initially turned down because I was not assessed properly on the IELTS exam I wrote. However, after my representative wrote to the Accra office, I got this response:

Dear Sir,

You client's file has been re-opened after reviewing the points awarded to him for his IELTS results.

The IELTS results calculation was corrected as follows:

English: 16 points
Overall band score: 7.0
Listening: 8.0 (4 points)
Reading: 6.5 (4 points)
Writing: 6.5 (4 points)
Speaking: 7.5 (4 points)

Giving an overall summary as follows:

SUMMARY OF POINTS
AGE: 10 (PA 29 yrs at time of application)
EDU: 20 (transcripts from B.Sc provided)
EXP: 21 (4 yrs in NOC Code #0111)
ARR: 00
LAN: 16 (IELTS results provided)
ADA: 00

Thus after reconsideration, the TOTAL POINTS AWARDED to this file is 67 POINTS which meets the requirements to allow the file to be re-opened.

However, be informed that the said file has been forwarded to an officer for review and further processing.
