Hello,

I am applying for my B.Tech degree transcript from CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) for ECA assessment, I would like to know if anyone went through the process from CUSAT.

1) I am planning to receive the transcript in hand (in a sealed envelope) and send to WES. May I know do I need to give the 'academic records request form' to the university to put this form in the sealed transcript envelope?

academic records request form is not mandatory requirement for WES.. that form provided by WES for presenting a formal request to university to get sealed transcript, but not mandatory..

You have to get sealed transcripts from university and send to WES directly quoting your WES Ref#..

I am currently in Canada and would like to apply for a transcript. Can it be done online? Is academic records request form needed for WES.
