Will they consider as two or more degree if I send all the three transcripts? Or master degree in the ECA report? Coz if it's two or more degree then we get less points as under CRS. I'm confused. Pls guide.
Are you sure? I mean have you already got your ECA report where it mentioned professional degree? I don't wanna take any chance as every point matter. I've sent BCOM and LLB transcripts already. Icsi one is pending and kept it on hold due to this confusion. Shall I send the icsi transcript? Does it make any difference if I don't send. Will my BCOM and LLB degree still be getting professional equivalency. Thank you.

I have got my BCOM LLB degree assessed from IQAS as professional degree. I would suggest everyone to apply for IQAS and the assessment was quick aswell.

Hello all.
I did my B.A LL.B (5 years) from Panjab University and got it evaluated from WES. However i got a dual bachelors (4 years) evaluation with the specialisation/area of focus mentioning Liberal arts/Law. Now, since CIC says that Bachelor of Laws shall be considered as a professional degree, should I too, while applying, file my degree as a professional degree? And should i then altogether neglect the arts part of degree while filling the education section?
Thanks.

Hey guys,
Just to let everyone know, that my degree has been assessed as 'First Professional Degree' (which is equivalent as masters). I had B.A.LL.B(H). It was an integrated course for 5 years from IP University.
So, good luck to everyone.
Hi all
Thank you all for enlightening discussion on LLB. I have following qualifications. I am going for WES as it appears to be fast process comparing to others. Can you please mention equivalencies for my qualifications.
BA - 3 years (ANU)
MA - 2 years (ANU)
M.Phil - 2 years (HCU)
LLB - 3 years (OU)
Hi, I have the following educational credentials:
B.Com (3 Yrs) from Mumbai University
L.L.B (3 Yrs) from Mumbai University
Which ECA should I apply for to get a Master's Equivalency/ Professional Degree Equivalency? WES or IQAS? Please suggest in case of any other ECA website.
Note: In Covid 19 scenario, which would be a faster ECA?
I got my ECA report and WES recognized my LLB degree as First professional degree. I submitted transcripts of my B.com (3 yrs), LLB (3 years) and ICSI.
