Authorized notary persons in Montreal for Mon Project (Urgently needed)

Hi... I am wondering whether anybody knows about the authorized notary persons in Montreal who can notarized my transcripts and diplomas for CSQ application through Mon Project. I have checked their site but I am confused. Please share if you have similar exp. Urgently needed.

What is confusing? Their website is reasonably clear. If possible get it certified by the issuer of those diplomas.

Why do you need to notarize them now? Did they ask for it?
