Australian Police Check - Question about Traffic History

I lived in Australia for 9 months in 2012/2013. I lived in Queensland for 2 1/2 months and WA for 6 1/2 months. I never drove when I was in Queensland and never had an Australian license. Do I still need to apply for a Traffic History? When I go to the Traffic History application it asks me for a drivers license number that I never had. If anyone has any answers to this or advice I would greatly appreciate it

1. Yes.
2. They will confirm, that there is no record and that you didn't have a license. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/australia.asp
