Hello Seniors! I am facing a weird situation here!
I am FSWO 28th August AOR! Moved to IP2 last Thursday which was 14th December!
As I have applied through an agent I tried checking my application status through the IVR option just now! After entering all the required details the IVR is replying with a message after a long pause that "We are unable to find your application in our system please check your credentials"
I don't know whats all this about! Getting scared! Has anyone experienced such thing before? Please shed some light on this!!
If you were able to check details earlier that mean every thing is cool.. as CIC web was due for updation for 2 days and will go for some maintenance checks for next 5 days... and so you must report matter to CIC through web technical issue and also explain your problem.

Yes I checked my status in the morning and everything was OK! But I thought of checking it again as the day has come to an end to see if there are any updates and then I got the above message! Lets hope it is because of maintenance and nothing major! Thank you for the reply such a relief man!

i have submitted my passport after receiving PPR. I logged in to my profile only to see that, "I need additional documents...."
very confused. any idea on this? or has any one know of anyone who has faced similar situation?? i hope this is nothing serious, and just a regular update.... but is it common to ask for further information during the PPR phase ?

I don't see anything serious man. PPR letter is final approval issued by CiC. Probably due to technical problems status may appear as you mentioned. Hopefully everything will through for u. All the best
