no. that does not have anything to do with pnp if that is paper based pnp or any pnp. yo9u will get the pr based on pnp. i also have masters oinp application and ee togerher

technically not....after paying RPRF application can still get rejected due to security screening or any other issue....in that case they will refund the RPRF...
