Got PPR mail today.(surprising was classified as a Junk mail automatically). Please do check all your mail folders

AOR: 29 August 2017 (RPRF also paid on submission)
Medical: 14-15 September 2017
BG status (Not Applicable): 15 September 2017
PPR Mail: 19 September 2017

Had only one onsite for more than 18 months, PCC was delayed by few days post submission, so had submitted LOE initially, later had submitted PCC through IRCC Web forms on 2 Sep 2017.

Current status today as - in CIC website is as below

• Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
• Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
• Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
• Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
• Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
• Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
• Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
• Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

That's the confusion.. it mentions Primary office as CPCC-Ottawa but Passport section mentions need to submit via VFS to High Commission Canada in new Delhi

Okay..here goes my weird story.
Submitted e-APR on 14th Aug. I am from India but my VO was Ottawa. Didn't receive any update from CIC or CPCO since then.
No update on my profile status. Not at all. I mean the profile status was blank.

Out of blue, I received my PPR mail today. Asking me to go to VFS and get my PP and photos parceled to New Delhi VO.
Weird..isn't it?

I got the same. I think Ottawa office processing speed is way faster then NDVO.
I am also asked to send the documents to NDVO.

Weird.. yes.. I am also surprised at the speed of processing, maybe something out to do with noc code, mine is 2174. whats yours?

Seems like it is. In the last few months, applications are processed a lot quicker than before. At least in my and few of my friends cases.
Expect to receive the PPR mail within a week.

File was at NDVO.

Applicant: Single
Travel history: 3 countries
PCC: 1
Employment records: 4. Three are official on letterheads, and one is from an ex colleague, notarized with business card. None of my referees received any call or mail for verification.
