When you emailed to know where your file is then your docs section changed to processing or it remained same as no addition docs required.

It changed from we are processing the additional documents you provided to we donot need additional documents.

I don’t have the contact number, but the best way to contact them is via web form. All the enquiries are redirected to the concerned VO.

No one can really tell you about IP2 to PPR. Some get it in 3 to 4 hours. Some take days.
PPR to COPR depends on your visa office. If it is Ottawa( i.e. you live in USA or Canada ), it is approx 12-14 working days.
I have heard of other visa offices ( singapore and New Delhi ) to be a bit slower.

I m in usa and aor 18 aug, 15 sept mep and ip2 (OINP canditate ) more than month. NO ppr
