I have emailed CIC today asking for my visa office.
I have applied through a consultnat but I did not mention this in my email. I have mentioned all the details like, application number, date of birth, UCI no., date of birth and name.
Will they reply to my email?
I haven't told this to my consultant, will this create any kind of an issue?
Anyone having idea about this, please reply.

Yes I sent an email from my email id whereas my lawyer's id is registered with the PR application.
But I have submitted the User of a Representative form

At what stage did they ask for it, at least I can alert my consultant to be expecting it.

It was asked after my medicals got cleared.

In my case it changed to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided" after a few days( not immediately ) and followed by "We do not need any additional documents" very close to PPR. I did not have to mail/call them.
How many days ago did you provide the document?

Please @gr8man......why was your passport photograph rejected.......I saw that in your timeline and was shocked as I never heard that before..........Also, thanks my ADR has bn uploaded on the CIC as at now when I just checked. They wrote "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded".

Hi guys. I submitted my PR application online on 28th August 2017. My CRS was 464.
I received the AOR right after submission of the PR application on the 28th August 2017. I had already paid the RPRF while submitting the application. Medical was passed on September 16th 2017. Country of residence is Pakistan.
I checked other forums and have noticed that average times to receive PR after AOR is 2-3 months. Is that true?

This actually depends on many factors.
Ik FSW gets PPR quicker than CEC applicants.
If you're CEC with dependents, then you may get it quickly compare to a single CEC applicant
Also it depentds on your PCC/background check processing time. That can take 7 days or maybe 2+ months. Not to make you sad, but expect 6 months at least.
If you're planning to call them, just don't directly ask for status if your 6 months is not over. Maybe word your inquiry in a different way.

Wrong size. I sent american size as I was finding it difficult to get photos as per canadian specs.

me too AOR 8/27 and no additional docs reqd even when my ADR is pending and I have not submitted FBI and Singapore PCC. weird.

Submitted a pending PCC on the 5th (CSE), got confirmation of receipt yesterday and now just waiting to hear back on the next steps. Hopefully will see some movement before the end of the week.

Did you try to contact them? What's your BGC says now?
