My husband and I are now really desperately waiting for his visa. Time is ticking and I really need to make a decision whether I will go first or not go at all. But what if his visa gets denied? We don't want to be apart. They embassy are not replying any of our emails. :'(
I got my reference number when I received their detailed response on my second email. The reference number starts with a W then followed by 9 numbers that is written on the subject line. The email is written as follows:
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in response to your recent email enquiry.
Your application is still under process within our standard processing times.
We trust that this information will be of assistance.

First you have to go to the Philippine Consulate to get an NBI Form. THen you have to go to CID (Al Qiyadah metro station) so that they will take your fingerprints. In 2 to 3 days, you will get back your NBI form from CID. Then you will have to send this form to NBI Philippines and they will process it for a week i think then they will send the NBI Clearance back to you here in Dubai. There is a procedure guide at www.nbi.gov.ph, you can check it.
