If you are applying with your minor under the same application as family application
You will use form 5(2)

I got a mail saying the following (Highlighted in RED), could you please confirm if this is the acknowledgement of receipt as I still haven't received the tracker information ?

Subject: APPLICATION FOR CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP

This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship. We will review your
application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is required.
All citizenship applicants between 18 and 54 years of age on the date they sign their application
must meet language and knowledge requirements to become a Canadian citizen. If this includes
you, you will need to:
• Demonstrate competence in basic communication in English or French.
• Pass a written or if necessary, an oral test on your knowledge of Canada and the rights
and responsibilities of citizenship.



Any idea when I can expect the tracker information ?

This is AOR and with this you would have received Application No. With that and UCI you can create tracker account.

Thanks Jane, but every time I select 'Principal applicant' and try to create a tracker account using my UCI and application number, I keep getting this error message,

Correct these errors:

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

It is used only till you get your AOR, once received, you can forget about it
