yes and background will be completed only if your security is completed too
fingerpints doesn't automatically complete background as security needs to be completed too

IRCC uses Canada Post for communication with applicants if they don't use email. Other then that doesn't look like they use Canada Post for LPP and other stages.

It really was! I'm heading back home for 6 weeks though so it will be a much better month but if I get the invite for the oath, ill have to postpone till end of Jan but then what a great was to start the year

If the request came to you from Syndey Office or Montreal Office, you won't see the update on tracker for Fingerprint request (Most of the time) and Fingerprints received
You can verify they have received it by calling IRCC and asking about Criminality & Security and you will understand if your criminality is completed that your fingerprints has been received

Hello,

Is anyone able to share how long it took after submitting the oath paper and receiving the ecertificate? My ceremony is on the 12th but i have a flight on the 18th and concerned about receiving the ecertificate in time in order to submit the passport application.
