I'm in the same situation. My last update was on December 4, 2024, and there’s been nothing since—despite multiple follow-up calls. I didn’t receive an ADR, but I still submitted a webform with my education credentials just in case. It's been over a week now, and there’s been no change on the tracker or in my profile. At this point, it’s hard to tell how much longer it’ll take for them to process our files.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for eCOPR after the portal 2 is completed? It's still showing as In Review, it's been 3 weeks now.

we thought after getting ecopr, the next step (PRcard) would be less stressful but apparently the situation is just as bad...It's taking a long time do get PRcard.
