You're never 100% cleared until you get your eCoPR. However, once eligibility is done I doubt they're gonna re-open it unless they have suspicion for forgery!

I sent ADR documents so that’s why asked. Anyway thanks a lot for your timely and valuable reply.
Eligibility and security goes hand in hand. Once you get a recommended passed or passed for eligibility, security will be initiated right after!
I called ircc today and they said my info sharing and security is passed, criminality hasn’t started yet and eligibility is in progress. Does that mean they have recommended passed my eligibility?
