Noobie Question: How to contact Member of parliament to get that person's help and who is this person? I mean is this person MNA of the area where i am residing?

Enter your postal code to find out who your MP is. Then go to their website, there should be contact info (email, phone number). Depending on the MP's office, it can be a while until they respond to you.
