How long it will take time to BIL to P1??

My BIL to P1 was exactly 38 days! But then again it varies from cases to case and it mostly depends on the visa officer who's handling your case!

I got my BIL on Sep 19 but no P1 yet. It will definitely exceed 6 weeks

I called. They said eligibility in progress and other than it it’s just security under bgc left.

The last final steps left for you. They initiate security once the eligibility either gets a recommended pass by the case analyst/passed by the officer. You're almost there mate! Don't stress over it too much!

Hopefully the eligibility passes soon too! But thanks for the encouragement. My employer also said they’ll reach out to me to have me know should IRCC want to speak to them.

today I called ircc to know my background check status

Criminality : passed
Info sharing : in progress
Security : not started

Interesting.. I thought info sharing wouldn’t take long as it passed within 2 weeks of my bio was collected… perhaps they started yours later
