Unfortunately this message is strongly correlated with the time when IRCC send the request to CBSA.

Called IRCC today, the officer was quite helpful. He admitted that my application was indeed above processing time, and sent a message to my processing office asking for my case to be looked at. This made me feel hopeful

keep us updated. they did that for me as well a month ago and nothing changed... the person also told me they can only send messages every 90 days
