Don't worry, I got my Medical done on the 16th of Sep, and was worried just like you. I checked yesterday and it changed from "Action required" to "Passed". I didn't get a notification via email, I couldn't help myself and had to log-in my account and found that it changed. What I am terribly worried about is the Eligibility part! My account shows it is in progress but my tracker shows it hasn't started yet
I am unable to register for the PR tracker , I am entering all information like uci , name etc correctly but still it is showing

I am not 100% sure, but most of the time the tracker is down. It took me over a week to be able to register and it was giving me the same error. Maybe try again within a couple of days. I am not sure if it has to do with your medical examination or not.

Even my tracker shows that eligibility not started but on GCkey it is in progress. The tracker has not updated since September 5th. And what I can see from previous threads, is that you cannot rely on tracker too much. I have seen people even getting their PR and the tracker still showed either Not Started/In Progress.
