The reason I'm apprehensive is because my spouse received PFL on her SOWP application last year, and we answered with all supporting documentation. Unfortunately, they denied her application by stating that they never had their queries answered (implying that they never received our documentation).

Anyway, I just hope they got it.
Don't worry, 99.9% they did! Just wait for a week or so and you will get P2! I got mine today.
 
I see that I have a ghost update today on my tracker. But I read on reddit that multiple people got ghost update on tracker today as well. So I'm guessing it's an update on their system. I wish I can call in to confirm tomorrow but from the tone of the previous agent I talked to on the phone, it seems they're a bit tired of me calling in so I guess I will just wait. I don't get why they would get annoyed though. Is the point of the IRCC call line not for people to call in and ask about the application ? They don't make decisions, they don't process the application, so why would they get annoyed if someone call in and ask about updates ? And I only call in once about 10-14 days. Sorry, just a rant.
Do you know how much it will take officer finishing eligibility and security??

Same thing happened to me last Friday :). It just depends on which agent you get on the line. If they are kind, they would dig more into the application for ya. If not, they would give you the bare minimum.

Yes, that's correct. And I don't think it's an update for the call I did last week. Just checked and I called Thursday and on Friday, there was that "We received your enquiry". So I guess the one I have today is an actual ghost update. I understand, If the rep can't give us more information, that's fine. But why give us attitude when people call in? That's their job isn't it? That's like saying they are annoyed because they have to do what they are being paid for.

The date on top right is not a ghost update. IRCC has clarified this a year ago. It is just system software update that has nothing to do with an applicant's application.

About the CSR being annoyed - they were a bad one. They should just stick to their script and not lose the cool. Maybe the insane volume of calls for status is too much for them - regardless, they shouldn't be annoyed.
