I don't see Invite code in my email? where can I find it?

If you don't have a code to create a portal account, go to this link and get a code:
https://ircc.canada.ca/visit-visiter/en/get-account-ircc-portal

Then go to this portal and sign up:
https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signup?lang=en

Click on 'Download E-Certificate'

Total physical presence: 1112 days
Aug 15: submitted
Sept 20: AOR mine, kids but wife
Sept 21: AOR wife
Sept 28: created tracker account for everybody but my son 13yo
Sept 27: BG completed
Oct 05: raised web form regarding my son tracking account
Oct 10: Citizenship test status has been updated to In progress
Oct 12: test invitation email (Test window - October 14, 2023: Nov 03,2023)
Test Passed: October 15, 2023
Test Completed: October 17, 2023 (shown in tracker October 19)
Oct 16: raised web form regarding my daughter address change
Oct 18: LPP completed (shown in tracker Oct20th)
Oct 20: was able to create my son's tracking account
Citizenship ceremony: Not started
Nov 14: Citizenship Ceremony in progress, scheduled to Dec 06. (shown in tracker Nov 16)
Nov 16: received ecertificate download instructions email
Nov 17: received oath ceremony instructions email
Dec 06: Oath ceremony
Dec 15: download my e certificate

Mississauga office is a bit hit or miss. Some people get oath invites a few days after LPP and for others it takes months. Been waiting for a bit myself but oath still hasn't started.

I think when oath changes to in progress that’s when you get to know your oath date. Does your app say “in progress” or “decision made” ?

Yes I could download my 13y certificate in the same day. But I had to email the office couple times to let them know that we were facing issues when trying to download the certificate for anyone of us.
In one email they told me to try one more time because something was wrong in my account and if that last adjustment didn't work they would need to send us the paper certificate instead of the certificate.

We are in the same boat. Vancouver office. Citizenship test marked as completed on Oct 25th. No updates since then.

Scarborough office too.. no update since Nov 1. waiting for LPP

Oath not started. My GCMS notes said citizenship is granted, but the actual tracker hasn't updated since Nov 2 when I got LPP completed.

Vancouver Office
I logged into my account and saw that my LPP is now completed. I’m hoping that I’ll get my oath ceremony done pretty soon. Anybody in Vancouver still waiting for their Oath?
