Hello Fellow Applicants.. This question is related to Language requirements for the citizenship application.. We are from India and Engineering graduates.. Our degree certificate is in English but there is no wording that says medium of instruction is English.. The official website statement appears a little vague and interpretable.. One of us did write IELTS but the other didn't.. So for someone who didn't write language test, what are the options? Can we submit the degree certificate in English(even though it doesn't say anything about medium of instruction) or should write a language test customarily? Appreciate your help!

You should get a letter from your University to confirm medium of instruction is English. I know some in the forum just put Transcripts and Degree certificate and it worked, but there is no guarantee it will always work. Language is verified in the end, so its better to get things sorted out in the start.

Does anyone know what influences how fast your citizenship gets processed? I was lucky and I got my PR a bit over a month after my AOR, but also I had a very "simple" application because I didn't need any police certificates or anything tricky.
