We applied last August 1,2023 and had taken exam Oct 3,2023 and passed it. We are schedule to have finger prints in 5th of October.
What will be next step?

September 22 - Activity Status updated for Citizenship status has been updated to In Progress
September 25 - Finger Prints required , We sent you letter or email with instructions to submit your finger prints.
September 27 - Email Request for Exam and Finger Prints
October 3- You have been scheduled to take citizenship test online between oct 3 -24.Information and Instructions will be sent to you.
October 3 - We both took our Citizenship Exam and Passed
October 4- Email Request for clear copy of ID and send it also to IRCC
October 5 - Schedule for Fingerprints in RCMP.

Hello -- I'm planning to immigrate to the United States on H1B visa for a longterm work depuation in the next 2 weeks. I was wondering what process I should be aware of while immigrating to USA. While my citizenship application is in progress at what point I should come back to Canada for the oath ceremony / exam / collecting passport?

I currently hold an Indian passport. What happens to my H1B visa which is stamped on my Indian passport?

Once I receive the Canadian passport, I should renounce my Indian passport. I wonder how my existing stamped H1B visa mapped from an Indian passport to a Canadian passport.

My timeline is very similar. I applied July 31 as well. Did my test on Oct 5. Hoping to get Oath date soon. Are you doing oath online or in person? Congratulations.

Yes we received an email from request for a new scan picture.
