Still no updates on my end How do they determine who gets an oath invite and who doesn't once LPP is completed?

The way I imagine it is like a folder where, let's say, 10 files get completed every day. However, due to capacity limits they only send out 8 oath invites. If you're file 9 or 10, that means the day after, 10 more files are going to get added, and 8 more invites are going to get sent. So now there's a 4-file backlog at the back of the queue.

Unless someone shuffles things around or gives some sort of pointer to work on those backlogged files, IRCC just processes everything as they go. That's why some people get citizenship within a few months and others have been waiting since 2021-2022 with no updates.

This is my complete crack theory. This is probably not at all how it works.

Hi August applicants, I submitted my application in September but wanted to ask if anyone with West office can share the timeline from taking test to tracker getting updated to completed?(since you are one month ahead, maybe you have better idea). I did my test on Nov 18th and haven’t got any update since.

Some waited a few days; I waited a month.

Test taken Oct 10, marked completed Nov 9.

Hi everyone, I have a question about the citizenship test. I took and passed the online test on Nov 15th (4 days before the deadline) but there is no update in the online tracker. The deadline has passed for more than a week now. Does anyone know why this happened and what I can do? Thanks!
