I should have been more specific, I live in ottawa but my processing centre is in vancouver - does that change anything?

Oh why is your processing centre so far away? Vancouver is faster than Ottawa for sure.

Well mine is delivered Oct 4th, AOR NOV 17, no news yet. IRCC informed me that my primary office is CPC and secondary is SCR, but file is still at CPC. Lets see hence I was concerned

FP is always requested by and handled in Vancouver Office! That's what I'm seeing all across the forum.
