What is the average wait time for oath after decision made? All my trackers are complete waiting on oath date.

Hey guys, need some advice. My PR card is expiring soon, citizenship application in progress. Is there any point in renewing PR card in my situation?

App type: Online
City: Oakville, ON
App sent: August 4, 2021
AOR: October 21, 2021
Background Completed: March 16, 2022
Test Invite: March 28, 2022
Test Completed: April 8, 2022
All others in progress and updated date still showing April 11, 2022 from when they flipped test to completed.

PR renewal takes almost 2 months, I feel like the citizenship app may be completed by then but its a gamble. What would you do?

Depends on what is your travel plan, if you don’t foresee any travel in the near future, then you can wait for the oath instead

I'm from Halifax too.. we have the same DM date.
QQ: Do we receive oath letter via email or is it updated in our profile ?

Oath invite appears in the tracker and official oath letter and instructions via email

Thats not a ghost update, that is an update with Physical presence, prohibitions, language skills marked complete...
It may take depending on your office 2-3 weeks(or earlier) to receive the update for he Oath invite

Seems like they updated a bulk of Aug applicants in one go... All 3 marked as completed on July 14.
