I assume that this is aor letter. You should take a look UCI number and application number. If it is not yours, it is a mistake of someoné’s email.

Looking at draft...it look like AOR email. But not sure why I am getting it now. PDF attachment is dated today. And at the bottom it shows syndey but by now my application must be at local processing office ( SCR).

How much time it takes now for the decision?

It's more like IRCC is randomly selecting applicants for FP. So if you don't receive such a request don't be surprised.
As for the decision, the current timelines varies between 2-8 weeks. Moreover, IRCC will be now prioritizing Refugee applications, so there could be more delay.

Weird. The cell was blank when I checked it the first time around. Now it shows Nov 16th, 2021.

So have a question... Once your test is completed and updated in the tracker, what is the next step? I see some people are only getting an email asking for copies of all pages of passport and Government ID card and some people are getting interviews that last 30-45 minutes. Isn't there are fixed process?

Test done on : 14th March 2022 (20/20)
Test completed on tracker: 21 March 2022
Last update: 22 March 2022 and everything( not including the ceremony) is in process

If all works as expected then Oath invite in next 2 to 4 months. So there is no fixed process.
