I just logged in on the new tracker and everything is marked as completed on June 20 except the citizen ceremony says "not started". The old ECAS says "decision made".
Please update the tracker.

Like what is going on? And still no email about the citizenship oath. Last email I had was about my test back in April/May. So did I miss the oath based on this or is it still to be provided to me the date? I am confused by this.
I got the Oath date for the 6th of July on 17th June. My Wife and Son have traveled out of the country for a month and they can not make it. I requested for the date change via the online form as well as the local email address (Calgary) they provided. I have sent them three reminders periodically and have neither gotten a response from them nor an update on the page. Am a bit worried as 6th July is hardly a week to go.
Any advice? I was thinking of showing up that day and letting them know that I had requested a date move by showing the letters.
I have only been receiving the auto-response that they have received the mail from me. Ewwwwww
