Thank you. I had called and explained, the agent told me to send a web inquiry form to IRCC for my application, as they do not have any information regarding my case in the system (I assume the agent is from local office). However, the agent also told me that there is a small chance that my application might be mixed or get lost, as the case intake center was closed during May-September... I just hope I do not need to restart the application process all over again.

I also got AOR on February 1st and today In Process:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on August 5, 2020.
2. We started processing your application on February 23, 2021.

You get file # when you receive AOR, don’t think there is a email notification for In Process.

As of today (26-Feb-2021) IRCC is sending AORs for applications received in the week of 19-Dec-2020:

I quote:

Wait until you receive your AOR
Last updated: February 22, 2021


We’re now sending AOR letters or emails for applications received
the week of November 19, 2020
If you still haven’t received your AOR, your application may be

• taking longer for us review due to COVID-19
• incomplete and on its way back to you, or
• going through further review before we start processing it
