'Average timeline' varies. It is very hard to give a number because the timelines have been drastically different because of COVID-19. The next step would be the citizenship test and since you applied in August 2020, you might have to wait a while. Currently, October - December 2019 applicants are receiving test invites.
I see only a couple of entries for Jan 2020. Hopefully, IRCC will increase the volume of test invites sent so that the backlog can at least be minimized, if not eliminated.

Thanks. Hard to say in my case, I'm bang in the middle couple of blocks west of Yonge Will call them to find out. Need to also check why my youngest kid is stuck with "Application Received" when the rest of the family has moved to "In Process".
If your residence is in the west end or surrounding areas the LVO would most likely be Mississauga. If you live closer to the east end then it would be Scarborough. That being said these two centres often share work load depending on their capacity.
It wont hurt to give them a call and ask, the call centre staff should be able to see which office your file is transferred to.
