Yes, you can either email cacitizenship@gmail (make sure you give them an email that is associated to a Google account)
OR
From your desktop:
1. Sign into your Google account
2. Open the spreadsheet
3. Click on "View only"
4. Click on "Request edit access"

People that want to be added should make sure to provide:
Location (city):
App type (single or # of people):
Physical presence days:
App sent date:
App delivered date:

This is the first time that I see a shipment delivered to Manager, I usually see a name, we sent two applications before with same courier (Purolator) and there was a name of the person who signed for it.

I am not seeing much activity like the June and July threads. I know its early days, plus a holiday in some provinces.

My application date is in August but not fulfilled the required number of days yet..

2. Does the photograph must have the studio stamp and date on the back ?

3. Regarding section 14. on CIT0002, Have you held travel documents and/or passport during your five years of eligibility period ?.......
---Am I only to put my passport information or Passport and Canadian PR card information both ?

2) If previous PCC expired, does it still acceptable?
3) What is the minimum age of child required for PCC?
