Thank you for the link. What is also strange for me is that my wife and I have applied together as a family file and her tracker shows everything is completed except oath but for me I am still stuck on back ground and test only completed!
Hmm maybe they are just taking their time. There has been progress on your family application, although slow, and I think at this point, the best you can do is to file the complaint about not receiving your GCMS notes and wait until you reach 27 months, then see if there has been any progress or additional information in the GCMS notes. I don't think a lawyer would be able to help at this point.

hello everyone - completed my oath ceremony today. received the invite on 21st. now waiting for the certificate and then on to the passport application. I had to get a lawyer to send a demand letter which may have been a factor.

Did you already passed the 26 months processing time before you get a lawyer?
If I may ask how long did take for the lawyer to get things done ?
