Hi,
Just received a feedback from MP office after they followed with IRCC agent that my file still awaiting clearance on language assessment and residency obligation.

what does that mean and who supposed to give the clearance on that? isn't the agent himself who should review the documents I submitted with my application and give the clearance?

I don't know about the language requirement, we did not have to provide that type of documentation because of the age requirement.

However, we received, like others in this thread, an email request «to provide a colour photocopy, front and back of one of your valid provincial ID card: health insurance card and/or a driver’s license.».

After sending the pictures by email, a few days later language, prohibitions and presence turns to complete.

For us only prohibitions and presence turned to completed. Language stayed in progress until the oath ceremony.

We got that request about a month after receiving a request to provide fingerprints. You can check our signature for the timeline.

I would say to check you email including spam folder just in case.

Guys I have a question if I asked the officer during the oath that I need the certificate urgent how he will send it , by mail or I have to pick it up

It will come in Purolator. No option for pick-up.
I received my certificate within 46 hrs. after oath. They are very understandable and considerate of your request to send it urgently.

Thank you for your reply. I did sent the coloured photocopies at the time I submitted my application and they never asked for it again. I am really getting frustrated and fed up with the nonsense going on with IRCC.

since my wife application status on the tracker says "Decision Made" while I am still stuck with now updates for more than a year now, do you recommend that I separate our files hoping that she sill get her ceremony done ? and how may I do the separation?

Hello, has your wife already completed oath? When does it say “ Decision Made” after the oath or before?

Received the email today with detailed information. Thank you. It’s going to be an online ceremony on a Zoom call.

Hey, how soon did you receive your oath date after everything got updated in your tracker?

Hello all!

We had our oath ceremony on August 23rd, marked Complete on Sept. 1st, then just got the certificate in the mail a few minutes ago.

Everything except Oath was mark completed when I got my Oath Letter. My Oath Letter came in an email about 9 days before ceremony

But how long after everything on your tracker updated except oath , did you receive your oath email prior to?

Is your file at the Winnipeg office - because I assume mine is and it's taking a long time.
