I am new here. I applied on Aug 1, the application was received on August 7 and I got the AOR on Nov 21.

No one knows how IRCC is sending AORs these days otherwise its purely in queue.

1-3 months roughly depending on workload on your local IRCC office

Anyone knows what happens once the AOR is submitted, is everything done at the local office like the RCMP, CSIS and other background checks? or this is something done at the Sydney office.

Anyone knows why some people are getting AOR and others are not?
I have sent Citizenship application on Jul 31st and they received it on Aug 6, 2020(Via Canada post ) .
No AOR still and people who sent their file in August 3rd week are getting AOR.
