Hi Guys, few tips that worked for me that can help anyone waiting for so long:

1) I ordered GCMS notes twice and both times i got an update from IRCC within 2-3 days of notes delivery. Could be a coincidence but it got me OATH

2) My Oath invitation went to my spam folder and I would have missed my OATH if I wasn't checking the tracker regularly.

oath letter received March 12 2022 and Ceremony was March 21 2022 .

This is insane, after my little push, they finally got my ceremony scheduled. Thank God, Aprril 12th. Awesome!

I told them that our PR cards are going to expire soon (with copies) because I travel a lot for my company and it will take a few months to get it renewed, so I was asking them via email what do you want me to do? renew the PR card or schedule the ceremony?

Thanks very much guys! My application is closed and It's finally over. I'm Canadian now! I'm just waiting for my citizenship certificate so as to apply for passport ASAP.

Well when did they do it, it means additional delay in processing, how much delay is too much delay?
Who knows?
But it is already late, so they should hurry things up.

Update - Finally i got Oath invitation for March 28, 2022.
Aug 2020 applicant - Mississauga office. Very happy to see an update for ceremony!

Mine came in that format and i am not sure what the time zone is

Hey, please call CIC (enter UCI then press 11411). They should have that info. Plus also reply to that same Oath email and tell them the time zone is missing.

It usually means that they have skipped telephonic interview in your case...which is good. It means progress on your file

Called and they cinfirmed it is local time as it would be your local office that sent the invitation.

Not sure what's happening. My spouse's citizenship application has been stuck in 'Citizenship Ceremony' not started since Jan 24. All other criteria are marked as Completed.
