Should we atleast send a webform to IRCC informing them of medicals expiry, just to make them aware? Because right now nobody in IRCC can be trusted to open outland files and assess the medical expiry date

You can.
IRCC is aware that medicals are expiring and when they do open your file, they decide either to extend or ask for re-medical along with any other documents that may need to be submitted due to expiry.
Has there been any encouraging news for the FSW-Outland applicants lately? Has anyone received their COPR since the travel exemption for approved outland applications on June 21st, 2021?
Hi, I need some advice. Maybe @legalfalcon if you are available.
I am still waiting (as many) for the CoPR. My GCMS notes from April stated that everything was passed (including Eligibility) but that Security and Background checks hadn't started yet. In November the passport of my wife (who is part of my application, although I am the primary applicant) will expire and our consulate (we are FSW-Inland) has told her that it will take up to two months for her new passport to arrive and that during that time her actual passport will become null.
Should she go on and start the process of getting a new passport? and in that case, should I raise a webform informing them of the situation during our wait for my wife's new passport to arrive?
I appreciate it if you could help me with this situation.
Same for me - stuck since September 2020. I got GCMS notes in May and it looks like no one has picked up my file since September, where Eligibility was a recommended pass and info sharing in progress.
